By accessing or using WellCare 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
WellCare 360 provides access to virtual healthcare services, including telehealth consultations, mental wellness support, prescription coordination, and related digital health resources.
WellCare 360 does not replace emergency medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, users should call local emergency services immediately.
To use WellCare 360 services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Use services only for lawful purposes
Participation in the Ambassador Program also requires acceptance of any additional ambassador-specific guidelines.
WellCare 360 facilitates access to licensed healthcare providers but does not provide medical advice directly.
All medical guidance, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals providing care. Outcomes are not guaranteed, and services may vary by location and availability.
Certain services may require a paid membership or subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are clearly disclosed prior to enrollment.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. WellCare 360 reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice.
The WellCare 360 Ambassador Program is a referral-based opportunity:
No professional licenses are required
No guaranteed income is promised
Earnings depend on referrals, participation, and program guidelines
Ambassadors may not:
Misrepresent WellCare 360 services
Provide medical advice
Make income guarantees
Use deceptive or unethical marketing practices
WellCare 360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate ambassador participation for policy violations.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate information
Use services respectfully and lawfully
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Avoid misuse of healthcare or ambassador resources
Unauthorized use or abuse of services may result in termination.
Your use of WellCare 360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal and health information is collected, used, and protected.
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the WellCare 360 platform are owned by WellCare 360 or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
WellCare 360 may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellCare 360 shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Medical outcomes or decisions made by providers
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to WellCare 360 services or the Ambassador Program at any time for violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where WellCare 360 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of WellCare 360 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
